In a sense, “Ip Man 2”, paradoxically, is a boxing advertisement, apparently involuntary.
He is bad because he is a bad, uncultured and arrogant European, and Ip Man is good because he is a highly spiritual Chinese, following the ethics of Confucius (there are no positive Europeans in the film). It is also a pity that the villain is just an evil and uncultured person, without zest, intrigue and tragic border, without depth. It's a pity that the sporting status of Wing Chun is low these days, no one uses it in MMA, but people who are in love with it as a beautiful and deep part of Chinese culture, as well as those who were impressed by the films about Ip Man, do it. It is an inspiring sight, and there are hardly such noble people in the real world.

Once again the lyrics combine with the prose of life and martial arts, and Donnie Yen continues to create a great and noble image.
